Ticket Sales Are Final
General admission and timed-entry tickets are non-refundable once purchased. Please review dates and availability before completing a purchase.
Exceptions for Cancelled Events
If the museum cancels an event or exhibit, affected ticket holders may be offered rescheduling or refund options.
Merchandise Returns
Physical merchandise can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition. Proof of purchase is required.
Digital Content
Any digital downloads, access passes, or virtual content are non-refundable once delivered.
Return Process

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received an item in error or in damaged condition, we’ll gladly review and replace it if reported within 7 days.
Review Timeframes
